CAJUN CHICKEN
Chicken cut up. Sprinkle Sandhill Ben's Cajun seasoning on all sides. Put on cookie sheet with skin side up. Bake at 325 for 45 Min. to one hour until tender. Remove skin if desired. Or grill as usual.

CAJUN PORK CUTLETS
4 pork cutlets
1 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Cajun Seasoning
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
Sprinkle seasoning on cutlets, let set a few minutes. Roll in flour and fry in oil in hot pan. Cutlets can be grilled, leave off flour and oil.
BEEF OR PORK ROAST
3lb. roast
3 tsp. Sandhill ben's Gourmet Seasoning
Rub or sprinkle seasoning on all sides of roast and refrigerate 1 -3 hours. Can be refrigerated overnight. Roast in oven at 325 for 2 hr. or till done.
SANDHILLS SLOPPY JOES
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup catsup
1 1/2 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Gourmet Seasoning
1/4 cup onions
1 cup coke
Brown hamburger. Drain off fat, add rest of ingredients. Simmer until some of the moisture is gone. Enjoy!
BEEF OR PORK STEAK
Sprinkle or rub Sandhill Ben's Gourmet Seasoning on both sides of steak.
Approximately 1 tsp. to lb. of steak.
Grill to your own taste.
BAKED CHICKEN BREAST
4 boneless chicken breasts.
1 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Gourmet Seasoning
Coat pan with a little oil. Preheat oven to 325. Sprinkle seasoning evenly n the chicken breast. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes until tender.
SECRET POTATOES
2 lbs. potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Gourmet Seasoning
1/4 cup oil
Mix flour and seasoning in bowl, with a lid, large enough to hold potatoes. Place peeled potatoes in bowl. Shake thoroughly. Pour oil in jelly roll pan and coat bottom evenly. Bake approximately 20 minutes at 350. Do not turn during  baking. Serve warm.
GOULASH
1 cup macaroni
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 - 6 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Sandhill Ben's Gourmet Seasoning
grated cheese
Cook macaroni in about 2 cups of water till tender, drain off water. Brown hamburger. Mix all ingredients together. simmer for 5 minutes. When served sprinkle grated cheese on top. Makes four 1 cup servings.
